Privacy policy
This site compares bookable tours in Oregon's Willamette Valley, nothing more. There are no accounts, no forms, and no checkout. Every page you open here, you open anonymously.
What we collect
Measurement here stays anonymous and aggregate. We can see which pages get read, the general region a visitor came from, the kind of device used, and which tour links drew a click. That click data is the useful part: it tells us whether a page actually helped someone decide between, say, a small-group day out of Portland and a private sommelier-led tasting in the Dundee Hills. It is a usefulness check, not a people-tracking exercise. We hold no names, no email addresses, no phone numbers and no payment information, for the plain reason that nothing on this site collects them and there is nothing to buy here.
Third-party scripts
Cookies come from the analytics service itself, under that service's own terms. Some pages also pull in a map of the valley or a pickup area, and that map is fetched live from its provider, which may then apply its own cookie rules rather than ours.
Choosing a tour, whether a hop-on hop-off shuttle or a helicopter tasting flight, sends you to the live booking page. From that point the operator's systems are in charge and their cookies apply. Their policy, not ours, covers what happens there, and the same goes for any winery or tour company site you reach from this one. The disclosure page explains the payment relationship in full.
What we never do
- Sell or rent visitor data to anyone.
- Load advertising networks, follow-you-around pixels, or any tracker that watches you beyond these pages.
- Ask for your email. There is no newsletter and no list of subscribers anywhere.
- Take a payment, hold a tasting-room reservation, or handle any part of a booking. Cards and confirmations are processed solely by the operator on their own page, under their own terms.
- Run a contact form. The contact page is nothing but a plain mailto link, so your message travels through your own email provider and never touches a server we run.
Hosting
The site sits behind Cloudflare, which maintains standard server logs, including IP addresses, for security screening and abuse prevention. Nobody here combs through those logs trying to work out who any individual reader is.
Your choices
Block scripts, use tracking protection, or open a private window, and the analytics simply stop reporting. Nothing on the site breaks. Every tour listing, from the budget-friendly Portland departures to the luxury private options, displays fully with JavaScript turned off. And if you would rather skip this site entirely, the disclosure page names each operator outright, so you can go book with them directly.
Still have a question? Send an email. The disclosure page details the money side of things.
